The City’s Whitney Port migrated south this week, invading South Beach dressed in fun, flirty and fabulously hued summer threads. The reality show star, rocked uber-short minis, playful rompers and an itty-bitty bikini, while shopping and hanging poolside.

One of her best looks? A totally chic Rebecca Taylor Waterfall Cami Dress, a floral frock, which features an elastic waist and ruffle detail, from the Spring 2010 Collection. The reality show star also modeled another look from the fem fashion collection, a figure-flattering embroidered bustier with a cream mini.
