True to form, MTV has saved all the best drama for its final season of The Hills.
The new trailer is out, and RadarOnline.com has it for you! A post-surgery Heidi tries her hardest to emote when her marriage to Spencer Pratt appears to be on the brink of divorce. Heidi also travels home to Colorado to surprise her family with her new face, much to the shock of her mother.
