Josie, the nineteenth addition to the Duggar family, showed great progress on Tuesday's brand new episode of TLC's 19 And Counting, but the 54-day-old premature baby requires supplemental nutrition which she is not getting from Michelle's fat-free breast milk, according to the mom of 19.

In the Arkansas Children's hospital, baby Josie's neonatologist Dr. Arrington describes Josie as a "model 25-week gestation baby" who no longer requires a ventilator, "little or no oxygen throughout the day" and her lungs "look reasonably normal" on the x-rays.

The one area Josie needed improvement was the "growth curve" according to the specialist. "She's a little behind the growth curve - so our intention is to help her catch up on her growth. To do that, we supplemented the breast milk."

Michelle responded to the doctor's prognosis with a confession. "This is the first time I really gotten to tell you this. My breast milk is skim milk. I only have a tiny amount of fat. I always have skinny breast-fed babies. Michelle also added that her children didn't gain weight until she started feeding them spry cereal.

Audiences have learned a lot about the Duggar Family throughout the seasons on TLC but the fat content of Michelle Duggars breast milk content is definitely a new take on the ever-expanding family!

This mother is getting weirder and weirder every day. I just can't believe that she would wait until her kids were ready for cereal to put extra fat in their milk. Those poor babies need calcium from the day they are born. IDIOT!!

Reason why she had skinny kids is because she got knocked up soon after and the breast milk begins to thin out to avoid contractions to the uterus. Is she preggo again. Lord only knows!

I've seen BF mom's adding a packet some supplementation of formula to help the babies bulk up when my son was in the NICU. It's pretty standard. Duggar has to understand preemies are different.

Her poor boobs, she's been a milk cow for how many years now? Her girls only produce skim milk? Can't she change her diet and increase her fat intake? Got Milk?

It's "rice" cereal, not "spry" cereal - good grief!

I was wondering what "spry" cereal was! I did not know if it was like rye or what.
