Roseanne Barr’s obsession with the death of Marie Osmond’s son continues: she is now asking his friends to contact her, RadarOnline.com has learned.

Roseanne Barr Blames Mormon Church For The Death Of Marie Osmond’s Son

On Wednesday, two days after Michael’s funeral, Roseanne wrote on her blog Roseanne’s World, “I hope Michael’s friends will contact me here. The truth about his life needs to come out.”

Roseanne first stirred up controversy when she suggested that the Mormon Church's anti-gay position was responsible for 18-year-old Michael Bryan (Michael Blosil) jumping to his death February 26 in Los Angeles.

Roseanne Barr Softens Message To Marie Osmond After Previous Comments About Son’s Death Caused Outrage

Although family and friends have not discussed this sexuality, Roseanne wrote on her blog March 4th “Marie Osmond's poor gay son killed himself, .He had been told how wrong and how sick he was every day of his life by his church and the people in it. Calling that 'depression' is a lie!”

Because of public outrage, Roseanne toned down her message and in a later blog expressed more sympathy for Marie.

“I see Marie Osmond as a decent and strong woman,” she wrote, “who can make a huge change in her sphere one day. “

Mormons are NOT anti gay that is all propaganda crap. Mormons' believe we are all God's children and ALL deserve love and respect. This is Marie's family leave them ALONE.

You have an interview with the bishop every so often. He asks very personal questions. They do ask the young boys if they engage in things that may lead into homosexuality. It is scary. I see that now. I grew up Mormon.

They do run your life. You have visiting teachers and home teachers that come see you every month. They tell you that Heavenly Father has given you a calling or two to volunteer within the church. It is a work based religion. d

Mormons don't know unconditional love. Everything is earned, including God's love. This religion has a lot of cult like behaviors. There is a lot of secrecy Mormonism. Though, a lot of them are good people but they are proud people.

As I recall, her sitcom glorified slobbiness and disrespect of one another, esp. kids towards parents. Her stand up days were of glorifying fat and self-condemnation. Real positive family stuff.

Rather Roseanne is right or wrong there is a time for everything and now her running her mouth is not the time. She needs to address her interest in her own children who by the way are pretty messed up thanks to who their mother is, HER!
