Kate was spotted Tuesday arriving at her New York City Hotel in the company of a familiar face we haven’t seen in a while, her bodyguard, Steve Neild.

Just that morning Kate was snapped playing with the kids outside of her Pennsylvania home, taking some time off from her busy rehearsal schedule with her Dancing With The Stars partner, Tony Dovolani.

And it looks like all that dancing is already paying off, as Kate looked toned and fit in a clingy gray dress – certainly not bad for a mom of 8!

Something tells me when he had the kids the last time and it ended up being a photo op w/him and kids TLC let him know that was a no no. So now he is pouting once again and being a typical divorced dad by staying away. Selfish pig.
