love those shoes and she's got a great figure, especially her legs. i wonder what exercises she does. i read she likes to do yoga. i like pilates but i think i may try some yoga.

Yoga and Pilates gives core strength (abs and back) and give a person a longer leaner muscle tone and improves posture! I love Hatha Yoga best. Pilates is also a good exercise for long lean tone without the bulk.
