NEW PHOTOS: Angelina Jolie & Brad Pitt Take The Kids To A Birthday Party

Oscars? What Oscars? RadarOnline.com found Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt staying put in Venice where she is shooting The Tourist with Johnny Depp, and on Academy Award day, hey took their four oldest children, sons Maddox and Pax and daughters Zahara and Shiloh, to a kids' birthday party.

The party was hosted by Angie's director Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck, who has three young children with his wife. As is often the casel, the Jolie-Pitts traveled by water taxi to get to their destination.

The folks at the Academy Awards had hoped to book Brad as a Presenter this year, but obviously Mr. Dad preferred to stay put in Venice with his family.

Angelina's hair looks fine. It's damp & windy in Venice. Clearly she doesn't have the time or inclination to be constantly primping - very NON-Hollywood.

Shiloh likes comfy 'boy' casual clothes - period. She chooses what she likes. I think it's wonderful that her parents don't force their children to wear what is chosen FOR them. They are a precious loving family.

Sorry, but you can't turn a person Gay. She either will be a lesbian or won't be. It's not a choice. If i'm not mistaken the last Public jolie-pitt shopping Spree involved Brad Buying boy clothes for their daughter.

Shiloh won't feel comfortable in pretty things when she grows up. I grew up with someone like that who was always dressed like a man and now she doesn't know how to dress like a woman even though she's not gay.

love this family....I have five boys and we are a multi cultural group...just like them....those kids look so happy and healhty...LOVE it. People are suspicious because they are outside the hollywood crap...good for them..

I believe they both prefer to work and spend their off time with family. No need for them to charade down the red carpet.... it's really not their style. Let them live in peace with their beautiful blended family.
