Jesse James' 5-Year-Old Daughter Is Real Victim Of Alleged Affair, Says Relative

Kelly Madison the porn star cousin of Janine Lindemulder believes that Jesse James’ daughter Sunny is the real victim of his affair with Michelle ‘Bombshell’ McGee, RadarOnline.com can reveal.
Oscar winner Sandra Bullock has been helping her husband raise Sunny after he won full custody of the 5-year-old when Lindemulder was sent to prison for tax evasion – she is currently in a half-way house in Oregon.

Madison – who lives in Newport Beach with her husband Ryan close to Bullock and James’ home – blogged-on her porn site claiming that the superstar couple had enough money to keep her cousin out of prison.

She also claimed it was a tragedy that both of Sunny’s parents hated one another more than they loved their child and that her heart goes out to the innocent little girl.

During their bitter custody battle Sandra Bullock wrote a letter on James’ behalf expressing doubts about Lindemulder’s ability to parent Sunny

In the letter, Bullock denies Lindemulder’s claim that her quest to gain custody of the girl is rooted in her inability to have children. "We realized that due to the instability in [the girl's] life, bringing another child into the world at this time would not be in [the girl's] best interest," she wrote.
Bullock also expressed concerns about the girl's safety, explaining that the girl was often left alone during the day while Lindemulder was "asleep from drug use."
"I am aware that Janine has claimed many times that my desire to have [the girl], was because I could not have children of my own," Bullock says, adding, "that couldn't be farther from the truth.”

Bullock also wrote, "I know the term 'stepmother' carries many connotations, one of them being 'glorified babysitter,'" Bullock writes. "My commitment and responsibility to [the girl]... goes beyond that."
Janine Lindemulder is currently being housed in a federal half-way house in Oregon after previously serving time in a Federal Prison in Victorville, California, for failing to pay some $200,000 in taxes owed to the Inland Revenue Service.
