After a modestly successful debut, Shannen Doherty seemed all but assured she'd keep her place on Dancing With The Stars. She was wrong.
Doherty, the first contestant eliminated from the ABC ballroom competition Tuesday, appeared on Good Morning America Wednesday with dance partner Mark Ballas to discuss the early exit, and RadarOnline.com has the clip for you.

"It was Pam [Anderson] and myself, and I definitely think that was surprising for both of us," the Beverly Hills 90210 star said of both 90s vixens being having the least amount of votes from viewers.

Even if Doherty, 38, had stayed in, Ballas said he was hobbled by a knee injury he suffered during practice, and had to take painkillers to make it through the night. Ballas debated with Doherty as to how far he could have gone down the stretch, but conceded he was not close to 100 percent.

Dancing With The Stars airs at 8/7c Mondays and Tuesdays on ABC.

She wasn't good (even if there were worse dancers) and people didn't like her enough to vote for her, regardless of how she danced. It's not complicated.

Shannon and Mark should have made it to the finals, she was not the worst dancer out there!

Shannen's a class act all the way and will continue to be a success in all she does. Her jive was spot on and she had great chemistry with Mark making them a great, highly competitive team.

I hope her father continues to get better! It is so hard to watch a parent get sick and the recovery part is so hard. It takes so much love, support and patience to recover. I send my heartfelt support Shannon!
