EXCLUSIVE: Lindsay Lohan Texts Ailing Dad In Hospital: "OMG. Hope You Are Okay"

Michael Lohan is set to have a heart procedure Wednesday, but his spirits were lifted following a text message of support from his famous daughter Lindsay, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

Lohan was rushed to St. Francis Hospital in New York Tuesday with what is believed to have been a mild heart attack.

He will undergo an angioplasty procedure Wednesday with stents also being placed as surgeons try to unblock his coronary arteries.

Speaking exclusively from his hospital bed with RadarOnline.com, Lohan said: “The surgeons are hoping this will work but if it does not then I may well have to get an immediate by-pass operation.

“This is all down to stress and living a certain lifestyle when I was young stockbroker in New York.

“The recent court case with my ex-fiancee Erin Mueller has also caused me a lot of stress too recently as I just wanted to settle the whole thing and for us both to move on with our lives.

“I got a text message from Lindsay which read: ‘OMG. Hope you are okay’ and my other kids have all been in contact with me too.

“My girlfriend Kate Major slept here with me overnight and my spirits have been lifted by the support from both my family and friends.

"I’ve been through a lot in my life, been to jail, various court cases, even drove my Ferrari over a cliff once, so, it’s going to take a lot more than this to finish me off!

“Hopefully, the procedure will go well today, and I expect Dina and the kids to come and visit me later today.”

Lohan was with his girlfriend Kate Major on Tuesday when he started feeling ill and became short of breath. The couple had previously been in Miami and had just returned to New York.

When his condition deteriorated, he was rushed to St Francis Hospital and was immediately taken to the emergency room.

This is the second time in weeks that Michael has been rushed to a hospital with chest pains. Last time, it was before he was scheduled to box in the Celebrity Boxing Federation.

This idiot says his heart problems are caused by all the stress in his life. Well maybe if he didn't take people to court for no reason or publish personal photos of people or worry so much about hurting people, he'ld have less stress.
