EXCLUSIVE: Jesse James Told Sandra Bullock: "I'll Get Help Like Tiger Did"

In a last-ditch attempt to save his marriage, Jesse James told Sandra Bullock last week, “I’ll get help like Tiger Woods did,” RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.

Sandra and Jesse have not been together but they have spoken by phone since his secret cheating life became public.

And as RadarOnline.com was first to report, Sandra decided to divorce him.
Jesse, desperate to keep Sandra, told her that he has a problem and would seek treatment like Tiger Woods did.

Tiger has been linked to more than 14 women in extramarital affairs. James has been linked to four, but the total is growing. Tiger was treated for sexual addiction.

Jesse checked into rehab late last week in Tucson, Arizona where he has access to a sexual addiction program. Tiger was an inpatient at Gentle Path in Hattiesburg, Mississippi but then had follow up care and went to Arizona.

“Sandra didn’t care about Jesse’s promise to get help,” a source close to the couple told RadarOnline.com. “She’s so devastated that he’s been cheating on her, and cheating for so long and with so many different women.
“Who knows what he’s exposed her too? But his actions exploded her world.”

During their phone conversation Bullock made it obvious she didn’t care if James got help. And James’ rep admitted that seeking treatment was Jesse’s idea and not the result of any type of ultimatum from Bullock.

Bullock has stayed out of sight since the scandal broke and would not go back to the house she shared with James while he was there. She didn’t encourage him to go get help and she didn’t care if he did, the source told RadarOnline.com.

“It’s a little late, don’t you think?” the source said. “He lied to her for years and then when he got caught he was suddenly willing to get treatment.”
James has been linked to:
1. Michelle “Bombshell” McGee – a heavily tattooed stripper.
2. Melissa Smith – a heavily tattooed stripper.
3. Brigitte Daguerre – a fetish model who RadarOnline.com discovered has also been a dominatrix.
4. An unidentified woman represented by attorney Gloria Allred. The woman alleges a multi-year affair with James but now says she will not tell her story.

I ened up a three packa day smoker and it started out with one cigarette a day and I never dreamt it would get to that so I feel for the guy...I quit over 20 years ago but it was very hard and my third attempt. I hope he beats this.
