EXCLUSIVE: Jesse James To Stay In Rehab For 45 Days

Sandra Bullock’s husband Jesse James has checked into rehab for at least 45 days as he fights to save his shattered marriage, RadarOnline.com can reveal.

James drove himself to the Sierra Tucson retreat in Arizona– the same rehab center that Tiger Woods went to– on Monday and immediately enrolled for what is understood to be sex addiction.
“James was very quiet and sullen when he checked himself in on Monday and he didn’t really talk with anyone," an insider told RadarOnline.com. “He will be there for at least 45 days as he tries to get his life back on track."

The West Coast Choppers boss is desperate to save his marriage to Oscar winner Bullock who is still in hiding since the news of his alleged affairs broke two weeks ago. James is clearly doing whatever he can at whatever cost to try and keep his family together.
“The Sierra retreat is not cheap but it is one of the best facilities of its type in the country and they are used to dealing with high profile, patients,” the insider added.
The cost of an average 30-day treatment stay is around $40,000 and James is expected to remain for 45 days. That would make the price tag on his stay around $60,000.

Unfortunately for James, his efforts may not be enough. RadarOnline.com reported exclusively that Sandra has decided to divorce James regardless of the rebab stint. His rep had confirmed to People that James' decision to seek treatment was not due to an any ultimatum from Bullock.

“(Jesse) is trying to show her he wants to recover. Sandra is tough and does not take humiliation well," a source told RadarOnline.com. "It will take a lot more than Jesse going for a week to some clinic for her to even take him seriously."

F Jesse James and the crappy chopper he rode in on....he's got major issues and is stuck in therapy for 45 days which he needs on every possible level as a human being. Sandra is truly loved.

i don't think jesse is a sex addict. i think he's just a skanky ho. but if he was an addict does that mean he's just one f away from being in trouble?

Too bad he didn't care about treating his sex addiction until Sandra found out about his cheating. How could she ever trust him again? And what is a marriage without trust? She is right to divorce him.

He only went into hiding AFTER the number of his affairs has climbed up and the rumors of his Nazi leaning ways out. He's a sham. How about he stays away for 45 years.
