EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Jesse James Attacked By Ex Wife’s Family, "What Goes Around Comes Around"

Porn star Janine Lindemulder will use Jesse James' messy affair with Michelle "Bombshell" McGee in her bid to try and regain custody of their daughter Sunny, RadarOnline.com can reveal.

Lindemulder was furious with James and wife Sandra Bullock after they wrote a letter to the court claiming that she was an unfit mother and that their daughter was being exposed to pornographers and other unsavory characters.
James told the court that "good cause exists for the court to conduct a review to determine if [Sunny] will be safe with [Lindemulder]. She should be restrained from allowing the child around pornographers, drug addicts, guns and firearms, felons and other unsafe environments."

Lindemulder’s cousin porn star Kelly Madison told RadarOnline.com on Monday: “What goes around comes around and hopefully Sunny will get a more stable environment through all of this.

“Janine and Jesse just do not get along and the accusations that Janine would expose her daughter to pornography were absolutely ridiculous," she continued. “The reality is that a lot of porn stars have kids and they do their filming in studios away from their children - the only real crime Janine was guilty of was not paying her taxes.

“She was working hard as an independent performer doing shows and appearances around the country earning money and she did not make enough provision for that," Madison explained.
“The IRS made an example of her and she is serving her time but Sunny needs to see her mother too. She will use this situation with Michelle McGee to try and regain her parenting rights over Sunny – which mother wouldn’t – she is crazy about that child."

As for James, Madison is shocked that he would have hit such a low point, especially given how supportive Bullock has been. “I’m amazed that Jesse was so stupid. Sandra Bullock was trying to help him raise his kids and she obviously cared about them and that is really a hard thing to find in somebody."

In the future, she hopes that Jesse and Janine can one day bury the hatchet. “I would hope that Jessie and Janine can get counseling to help them resolve their differences but there is a lot of bad blood between them."
Despite her cousin's profession, Madison defends Lindemulder's character. “Janine may work in the porn industry but that does not make her a bad person or a bad mom either and Jesse has been irresponsible by having this affair.”

Lindemulder is currently being housed in a federal half-way house in Oregon after previously serving time in a federal prison in Victorville, Calif., for failing to pay some $200,000 in taxes.

Yes, Bjan, I thought it was horrible that he wrestled all custody from his ex, so she could never see her own child, unless she really was doing unfit things. Hard to know what's true or not with him...

Jesse really let Sunny and Sandra down. Jesse deserves to get in trouble with the custody battle but Sandra just loved and has been dragged through this mess. I know Sandra loves all 3 kids but she needs to divorce Jesse and move on.

Of course she is loving every minute. Janine has always made a series of bad judgment calls including marrying an ex-con. She is not helping her cause. She is affected by chronic bad judgment.
