EXCLUSIVE: Gretchen Rossi Served With Legal Papers - In The Middle Of A Fashion Show

Gretchen Rossi was served with legal papers in the middle of a fashion show, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
Gretchen’s ex lover Jay Photoglou had the Real Housewives of Orange County star served at The Grove in Los Angeles just days ago. He had been trying to serve her for days before that, but was unsuccessful as Gretchen proved elusive!
“She wasn’t easy to serve, but she’s been served,” Jay told RadarOnline.com. “I’m looking forward to going to court.”

Jay and Gretchen have had a long-running battle over their previous romantic relationship, with Gretchen, at times, denying they were involved.

Photoglou filed a lawsuit against the blonde beauty for libel, slander and five other counts on January 29. The lawsuit further claims that Rossi was “intimately involved with Photoglou the entire time the show filmed Rossi’s first season,” and charges her with hurting his reputation by calling him a liar, a drunk and a thief.

Rossi has also been busy in court against Jay and obtained a temporary restraining order against him at one point. But she didn’t show up for a court date and a judge awarded Jay in excess of $18,000. He is going back to court on the same case and needed to serve her with papers for that.
Easier said, then done, it turns out.
Rossi proved elusive but when she was at a BeBe fashion show at The Grove a process server got her.
The feud between Rossi and Photoglou originated when Rossi denied having a romantic relationship with him. Jay says they began dating in 2008 and were known as a couple, vacationing with each other’s families.

On Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Orange County, Rossi was depicted as the fiancé to Jeff Beitzel, who died in September of 2008. According to Jay, Gretchen told Jay was that Jeff was her ex-boyfriend and she was taking care of him because he was suffering with a terminal illness.

Gretchen and Slade were caught out right on their lies when they really hooked up on the Housewives Reunion show, plus the fact that the cops busted and arrested him at her house, for failing to pay child support to his sick and dying child.

Gretchen did slander Jay, even if you fan-girls don't want to know the truth, that is why she did not even show up in court to defend herself, he has the proof to back up that what she said was a lie period.

i haven't seen her on anything other than the show. what do you think she lied about? if she is what you say she is then the others must be worse! you have no proof so dont be spewing hatred without evidence!

Watch the show reunions from last year and this year. Read the OC Register, The Dirty, and all the publicity these two have gotten. Do a google search. How about reading the court do****ents. She LIES!!!!

ahhh, ty jynne...yes that was what i was doing just giving my opinion and talking about the show and gretchen and the fightis b/t her and tamra. i thought tamra was being completely unfair to gretchen..its none of her(tamra's) business!

lovin, im so happy to find someone who doesnt believe all those nasty rumors about gretchen . several weeks ago, i tried to defend gretchen here as you are but got chastised for it. so im glad theres another who believes as i do!
