Deann McClung, a woman that used to work for Jesse James and filed a lawsuit against him for sexual harassment, sexual battery, and wrongful termination, among other things, reveals in court documents, in vivid detail, the harassment she says she incurred at West Coast Choppers.

McClung states, "James’ conduct included, but is not limited to, the displaying of pornography in the workplace, making lewd glances towards Plaintiff and other women, sexual comments to and/or about Plaintiff and other women."

McClung states she was groped by James, "James touched and/or attempted to touch Plaintiff's intimate parts including her breasts. In addition, James touched/and or touch Plaintiff with his intimate part including his sexual organ."
