British rock legends The Who took to the stage in Miami Sunday to play the half time show during the Super Bowl XLIV.

Despite getting on in age the band's surviving members Pete Townshend and Roger Daltrey managed to put on an energetic and rock fueled show that wowed the crowds. The band performed a set that included snippets from their hits Pinball Wizard, Baba O’Riley and Won’t Get Fooled Again.
CBS, who aired the Super Bowl in America, have a long running relationship with The Who, using Who songs as intros for all three of its CSI shows: Who Are You (CSI), Baba O'Riley (CSI: NY) and Won't Get Fooled Again (CSI: Miami).
The Who joined a long list of rock royalty that have performed at the annual Super Bowl. Past performers have included Michael Jackson, Janet Jackson (and her infamous "wardrobe malfunction"), Paul McCartney, U2, The Rolling Stones, Prince and Bruce Springsteen.

We were like, "What the heck are these guys doing on here?" Well, since the Janet Jackson stunt, this is what we get. Bruce had albums out and was still touring, the WHO?????? NOT RELEVANT TO MUSIC ANY MORE!

I figured they got the booking cause they use a lot of Who songs for CSI. In fact, the one song from the original CSI is the only song I thought rocked! I don't remember any Who songs.

wow...they are still alive?
wow...that sounds really bad.
wow...who are they again?
wow...that's like watching my grandparents have sex.
wow...someone should really get fired for thinking these guys are still relevant or entertaining.

Awful, terrible, not-on=beat. Daltry was a jokle and off sound. Too slow to the lyrics. Off key! Had I been Rodger, I'd bash his botox skull with another guitar, TERRIBLE!

What's up with the time stamp on this article? It says 11:21 AM. Either it was written before the game- meaning it's all fluff- or ROL needs to check the computer system.
