Kevin Federline has struggled with his weight since his public split with Britney Spears back in 2006, going from sporting a lean fit dancer's physique to a flabby, overweight blobby body.

Earning the nickname of "Well-Fed" Kevin seemed to expand before our very eyes before tipping the scales at 240 lbs, vainly attempting to hide his new found flab with ever larger shapeless white T-shirts and expanding baggy shorts.

Kevin's out of control physique made him the perfect candidate for the hit VH1 show Celebrity Fit Club, which he signed up to last year, along with his ex-girlfriend and mother of two of his four kids, Shar Jackson.

The new season, featuring Kevin, called Celebrity Fit Club: Boot Camp fully completed filming at the end of November last year and premieres on our screens February 8th.

For a while it looked like the rigid routine, strict diet and vigorous workout sessions favored by the show really worked their magic on Federline as he was pictured December 2nd looking significantly thinner and trimmer, seeming to be back on track to regaining his once buff bod.

But it appears Federline suffers from the same problem as a lot of Americans nowadays - how to keep the weight from coming back once it's gone- especially when faced with the temptations of the Holiday season.

Kevin was photographed Wednesday shopping with his girlfriend Victoria Prince and by the looks of it he's rapidly gaining back all the weight he must of fought so hard to lose. Kevin's voluminous black T-shirt could hardly cover up his tummy rolls and his face was looking puffy and bloated again.

Let's hope that watching his obvious struggles on the upcoming show will motivate Kevin to get back in shape again - and stay that way this time - we're rooting for you K-Fed!
