Because the Celebrity Fit Club star is so diet-obsessed that he is even looking at the nutritional label of a salad.

Britney Spear's 31 year old ex, who once joked he looked like a pregnant man, shopped for veggies, mostly carrots, spinach and broccoli.

K-Fed, who once tipped the scales at 240 pounds, was with his girlfriend Victoria Prince. He seemed very healthy until he left the grocery store and lit up a cigarette.
