Nicole Richie stepped out into the winter wonderland of New York City, dressed to launch her Winter Kate clothing line at Bloomingdale’s. The tiny reality star turned designer braved the snow, wearing cutoff jean shorts over tights, a crocheted vest over a white button-down shirt and Christian Louboutin booties.

The boho-luxe line, which Nicole named after her daughter Harlow’s middle names, has a very 1970’s ethereal and feminine feel to it and perfectly represents the starlet’s own style.

Nicole showed off the much talked about, gorgeous, vintage-looking engagement ring on her perfectly manicured hands, which featured black nail polish.
