Camila Alves, Matthew McConaughey's girlfriend and mother of his two children, helped Bravo reach some record ratings.

The Brazilian former model is the host of the the third season of Shear Genius, which doubled its ratings from the last season and recorded its highest rated season premiere ever.

According to Nielsen Media Research, Wednesday's premiere garnered 655,000 adults 18-49 and 1.097 total viewers, up 17 percent (vs. 558,000) and 23 percent (vs. 892,000) respectively compared to the season two premiere. Versus the prior four week time period, the show was up 59 percent among adults 18-49 and 55 percent among total viewers.

Well it sure wasn't because of that jackass Jonathan Antin. I think most people were probably interested in seeing her and how she would do. A lot of people know the name but not probably not much about her.
