Kelly Rutherford lived up to her Gossip Girl rep, showing up for the Ecco Domani Fashion Foundation Show at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York on Monday, wearing a fierce, leopard mini with black tights and heels.  Blake’s onscreen mom toted a luxe Hermes bag to the swanky runway show, which recognizes and supports emerging designers.  Past recipients of the Ecco Domani Fashion Foundation Award include Alexander Wang, Rodarte and Proenza Schouler.
