Jon and Kate Gosselin are closing another chapter of their life together.

After being on the market for ten months, their starter home in Elizabethtown, Penn., has finally been sold according to real estate web site Zillow.

While the original asking price for the property was $325,000, the final sale price was $258,000- $22,000 less than what they paid for the home in 2006.

BREAKING NEWS: Jon Gosselin And TLC Settle Lawsuit

However, the Gosselins have plenty of company in their real estate misery. December estimates had 14% of homes in the area selling for less than the previous purchase price.

The couple closed the deal on the house- which was the original backdrop for Jon & Kate Plus 8- on January 14.

Loks like J/K took a loss on the house.There will be no money made. They were lucky to get itsold with this ecomony.

Jon actions last year did not help much with that sale either. I do not know how Heller thinks that Jon can just go back to TLC and things will be as they once were. Jon is not the person we all had thought him to be, it will never be the same!

GOOD! now give Kate& the children ALL the money the house made..Jon needs to sacrifice .I hopeTLC negotiate w/Jon not ever be on tv again,but gave the children back their gift to be filmed...
