Arriving home from a doctor's appointment regarding her pregnancy, Tila Tequila once again voiced her relief that the scrutiny over fiance Casey Johnson's death is now over.

"I always knew I was right," she told RadarOnline.com.
On Thursday, a report released by the Los Angeles County Department Coroner's office confirmed that Johnson died of natural causes.
"She never does [illegal] drugs so I told everybody that it was natural causes," Tequila added.

Johnson died of diabetic ketoacidosis. Though her autopsy was conducted on January 5, the coroner was awaiting the results of her toxicology tests before making an official ruling.

Radar, why haven't you still demanded a truthful answer from Tila about why she let casey rot in her bed for days if she loved her so much. Also have her explain why she wasn't at tilas house if they lived together. TheEnquirer would get the story.

I feel horrible for this child that she is bringing into this world. This is why I believe that just because you can procreate doesn't mean you SHOULD! The state should step in and give this child to a functioning, healthy and stable family.

Um, I had know idea who this Tila was so I looked her up on Wiki and she has a history from her teen years of miscarries, like one she tried killing herself over and this was long before she became whatever she is now.

This broad must really have a screw loose. Does she not realize that her words over the course of this tragedy have been recorded? Was it not lil' Tila's "impression" immediately following Casey's death that it was "drug" related?

I was wondering the same thing. I can swear I read something that Radar posted that Tila said this death WOULD be drug related, possibly tied in with her diabetes?? Am I losing it?
