Heidi Montag has revealed exclusively to RadarOnline.com that she is ready to show the world her newly enhanced DDD assets.

"I am doing Playboy again... soon, very soon," the plastic surgery-obsessed "Hills" star told RadarOnline.com at Las Vegas' Pure Nightclub in Caesar's Palace last night.
"I cannot wait to show off my new assets, I am very excited."
And Montag, 23, who remained quasi-clothed for her first Playboy photo shoot on the magazine’s September cover, will bare all her skin this time around, RadarOnline.com has learned.

She is considering a shower concept, sources suggest.
It will provide the world an up close and personal look at Montag's radical overhaul, which included a mini brow lift, Botox, nose job, fat injections in her cheeks and lips, a chin reduction, liposuction to her neck, her ears pinned back, buttocks augmentation, liposuction to her waist and thighs and breast augmentation revision.

And once her second Playboy shoot is done, the reality star has vowed to again go under the knife in order to get even larger breasts.
"I do want more," Montag confirmed.
"I would like to get my breasts re-done because I couldn't get them the size I wanted because they couldn't fit."

So, what does husband Spencer think of all the fuss about her new, plastic look "My miracle I live with? I live in a miracle, life couldn't be better."
Added Heidi: "It is who you are on the inside that really matters, this is just the shell at the end of the day."

Ive only bought 1 PB Mag and it was the Kim K issue, she is and was the real deal. Heidi? Well its store bought. Anyone with enough money can buy that crap and look like that. Where thr fun in that PB Issue?

They are both pathetic. It's a stretch to believe that real guys would buy into that plastic, cartoon-y stuff anymore. In the end, she needs an adult Then again, let him visit the surgeon, and they can be Playmate Twins.

Good grief, I barely recognize her...she used to be such a pretty, natural looking girl. Her lips are too big for her face and her cheek implants are huge. Oh my gosh, who did the surgery?! Others need to avoid him at all costs!

Im sorry but she looks WAY older then her age. And as far as posing for Playboy.. Who cares. Her issue was the worst selling in the past 15 years for PB.. And that is cuz she didnt show anything. Who wants to see all plastic?
