EXCLUSIVE: MTV Teen Mom Negotiating Plea Bargain In Assault Case

MTV mom Debra Danielson is negotiating a plea bargain deal in the domestic assault case regarding her alleged attack on her daughter Farrah Abraham during a January argument in their home.
Debra’s lawyer Mike Winter told RadarOnline.com exclusively that “plea negotiations are on-going.”

Debra was arrested on January 16th after the altercation at their home in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Farrah is one of the teenage subjects on the MTV
reality series Teen Mom.

A preliminary hearing is scheduled for February 26th, but her lawyer said they were trying to come to a plea agreement without having a court
appearance. “Debra would like to see it resolved without a lot of courtroom theatrics,” Winter exclusively told RadarOnline.com.
According to the incident report filed with the Council Bluffs Police Department, the two were arguing in the kitchen "over child care issues as well as other problems" when Danielson threw an MTV t-shirt at her daughter which ended up landing near or on her grandchild who subsequently woke up crying. From there, things escalated.

"The victim was yelling at Danielson over the shirt throwing and Danielson grabbed her by the throat. The victim pushed Danielson's hand away from her.
Victim stated the Danielson then hit her along the side of her head and hit her in the mouth," read the police report.
The officer on the scene said he "observed multiple cuts to the right side of the victim's mouth." Photos of Abraham's neck and face were taken at the
scene.

I think someone (Farrah) just bit the hand that feeds her. For all her mom does for, this is how she pays her back? I hope the mom puts her out becuase until she does, Farrah will never appreciate a thing that is done for her.

Agreed that Farrah is a self centered child but this mother is a nut case. This isnt the first time she has hit Farrah ( mtv caught her on film hitting her ) they both need help.

Then maybe Farrah should be out of the house. She is old enough. She's made adult decisions so it's time to be an adult. Any case of domestic violence should result in the seperation of the two parties. Bet Farrah still leeches off her mom.

I hope Debra kicks Farrah out of the house. Maybe Farrah will realize just how GOOD she had it with her mother's help 24/7. All Farrah had to do was show a bit of respect & gratitude. Good luck Farrah, it won't be easy all on your own now!
