EXCLUSIVE: Charlie Sheen In Rehab For Cocaine And Alcohol

Charlie Sheen checked into rehab because he was using cocaine and alcohol, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
Despite his statement that he was going in as a “preventative measure,” RadarOnline.com learned that the actor had been using both cocaine and alcohol.
RadarOnline.com was first to report that people close to Charlie were urging him to go to rehab – a report that was denounced by his representatives but proven true by events.

Now RadarOnline.com has learned that Charlie has relapsed into using both booze and cocaine and simply couldn’t put off entering rehab any longer.
“He loves his children and ultimately that’s what convinced him to get help,” a source close to the situation told RadarOnline.com.

Sheen’s wife Brooke Mueller is also in rehab. Sheen has been in rehab twice before.
Sheen was arrested on Christmas when Mueller told police he held a knife to her throat and threatened to kill her. Both Sheen and Mueller had been partying all night with alcohol and cocaine, a source told RadarOnline.com.

“But the partying didn’t stop there,” the source said. “He’s used coke and been drinking many, many other times since then.”
In fact, Sheen partied with Mueller at a mutual friend’s house the night before she went into rehab.

During Christmas Sheen had a “sober coach” with him because a family member confronted him about the fact he had started boozing again. But Sheen drank in front of the sober coach on Christmas eve and the next day ended up in jail.
RadarOnline.com reported exclusively that Mueller has been treated for crack addiction and has been in rehab several times before. In recent weeks, both Mueller’s lawyers and Team Sheen have tried to deny that both husband and wife have substance abuse problems – but now both husband and wife are in rehab.

Sheen is negotiating a new contract for the hit show Two and a Half Men and did not want to do anything to jeopardize his financial future. He also has been trying to reconcile with Mueller after Christmas to keep her from testifying against him in Colorado, where he faces prison time if convicted on domestic violence charges.
A source close to the couple tells RadarOnline.com that both have been miserable in the marriage for months, but have been staying with each other out of mutual need. “And the one thing they share,” the source added, “is that they both love to party.”

I'M STILL WAITING FOR THE PUBLIC OUTRAGE AND LYNCHING OVER ALL THIS ISH. DRINKING, DRUG USE, AND DV AND ALL HE DOES IS GO QUITELY TO REHAB WITH THE MEDIA'S SYMPATHY. WHAT DID CHRIS AND TIGER DO WRONG.

Going to jail would be the best thing for Charlie Sheen, it is time he takes some responsiblity for all he has gotten away with. I feel so sorry for their children, both parents really need help ASAP.

It's funny how his reps put out the stories brooke was doing coke and drinking in their smear campaign, but failed to mention charlie was doing it too!

There's no business like show business. Drink,drug,cheat,beat..rehab..and then start all over again.Great life for their kids. What a glamorous profession .. NOT.
