DOCUMENT: Casey Johnson Death Ruled Natural Causes

Casey Johnson died of diabetic ketoacidosis, according to the Los Angeles County Department Coroner's office in a report released Thursday.
The autopsy was performed on Johnson on January 5th, but the coroner had to await results of toxicology tests before making his ruling official. The coroner states the manner of death was natural causes.

Johnson's body was discovered at her Los Angeles home on January 4th, it is believed she had been dead for several days.

Johnson had struggled with diabetes since childhood and was supposed to give herself regular insulin injections, something she often forgot to do, according to her fiance reality TV star Tila Tequila.















It's called diabetic anorexia...she knew what she was doing. Causing ketoacidosis makes you lose weight rapidly. She killed herself.

Her family has more monet than god, pretty sure something could have been arranged to get her help.

Tila has still not truthfully addressed why she let casey rot for days and, she wasn't even the person that found her. I dont believe she went out of town again. She doesn't care anyway, she is already screwing new guys allegedly.

Unreal that no family nor her so called FIANCE TILA, were around to help her with her medicine and diabetes problem. If they really cared, where were they! Tila said above she was aware she skipped her meds, THEN WHY NOT HELP HER!

ITA!! When you know someone skips their meds, all the more reason to keep in close contact with them and check up on them when you haven't heard from them.
