BREAKING NEWS: Case Against Conrad Murray To Be Filed Monday

RadarOnline.com has confirmed that the case against Dr. Conrad Murray will be filed on Monday, February 8, in relation to the death of Michael Jackson.

The case will be filed at Airport Court in Los Angeles that day.

On Friday, three hours before his previously scheduled arraignment, a spokesperson for Murray's lawyers said they had growing concerns of security risks. His entire team apparently had received death threats throughout the week. However, a spokesperson for the Los Angeles Sheriff's department downplayed the situation saying the only security concern was for the media overflow parking.
Murray and his team had been under the impression that they had a deal with the District Attorney's office to surrender Friday, but then got word that the DA was potentially not ready to move forward.
