Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi joked about her crazy New Year's Eve -- and boring Twilight books -- on The Jay Leno Show Monday night.
The breakout star on MTV's surging hit, Jersey Shore, said she partied with her cast mates to ring in 2010, a celebration that didn't stop until 6 a.m., when she attempted to gain access to a friend's hotel room using her new-found fame.

Said the 21-year-old Marlboro, New York native: "I was screaming at [the hotel clerk,] 'I'm a celebrity, get me in this damn room!'"

Polizzi also dished on her literary habits, or lack thereof, as she told Leno, "I tried to read the Twilight book, but it got boring the second page."

So much for any hope of a cameo in Eclipse, Snooki! Jersey Shore airs on MTV Thursday at 10/9c.

I have never seen as ugly of chicks as I see in this stupid show. The guy that punched her should have hit a little harder, and a few more times (and her friends too).

Blah Blah Blah, who cares, won't even hit play on this one. As bad as The Hills, empty headed, superficial, drama drama drama reality trash TV. I like Real World, but not this!
