Michael Lohan was back in Central Islip, NY Criminal Court Friday to answer charges that he violated an order of protection granted to his former fiancee Erin Muller.

Lohan, who is now dating Jon Gosselin's ex, Kate Major, has his own protective order against Erin, and he's accused her of violating that too!

His attorney Anthony Grandinette claimed that Muller is a scorned ex-lover who has fabricated stories about Michael.
"Michael would like to get on with his life," Grandinette told us.
The hearing was adjourned to a future date.
