Tila Tequila is carrying on her war of the Tweets with more late night and early morning activity on the social networking site.

But in between her heartfelt Tweets to her recently departed fiance, Casey Johnson, and her scathing attacks on Johnson’s former friends and family the reality TV star is hinting that she may be pregnant!

“Going to doctor’s appointment in 5 hours. Eeeek! Pregnancy news soon??? Stay tuned....xox” she Tweeted early Friday morning.
Following up with “I haven’t slept going on 4 days now from the loss of my Wifey. I need to rest. Especially 4 baby!”
So, is Tila going to be a new mom? It’s certainly possible - but if she is it’s likely she won’t be keeping the baby.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, back on December 19 Tila Tweeted that she was planning on becoming a surrogate mom for her brother and his wife.

She comes across as erratic and unstable. She MAY be allergic to alcohol but she never said that about drugs. Does she even have a brother? And if so what's he smoking to think she'd be a good person to carry a child?

surrogates are spendy. Free is a good price. I's gonna cost at least 10k for the implantation and all her medical costs
