Rachel Uchitel is wringing every last second from her 15 minutes of fame. Tiger Woods' ex-mistress celebrated her birthday in West Palm Beach Friday night, actually not even showing up until Saturday morning!

RadarOnline.com was on the scene as Uchitel popped in at 1:30 am to 251 in Palm Beach to hugs and well-wishes, mostly from complete strangers. She sipped champagne and chain smoked before dirty dancing with two female friends. She had been at Pastiche in West Palm Beach before heading to the official celebration.

The party had been (supposedly) canceled after the press found out about it, but several sources said Rachel always intended to celebrate and she definitely didn't seem to mind the attention. The party was originally scheduled for a different location.
