Don't try to stir up trouble between Meryl Streep and Sharon Stone, because Sharon is setting the record straight about a recent interview that was taken out of context.
Speaking exclusively to PopEater Sharon says: It is not ok with me for someone to take a statement I made with good-natured intent and to try and make it in to something politically incorrect."
What's it all about? A quote from UK's Tattler magazine where Sharon says: "I think that's why Meryl Streep is working so much, because she looks like a woman we can all relate to ... Meryl looks like an unmade bed, and that's what I look like. To me, that looks true."

And while some people have negatively interpreted the quote, Sharon and her publicist set the record straight with PopEater.

Meryl Streep is acting royalty and deserves nothing but our admiration and respect. Meryl's body of work speaks for it's self. Meryl is an absolute living doll and as far as Sharon Stone is concerned jealousy is a very ugly thing.

There but by the grace of God, Sharon Stone could have had a career approaching Meryl's. When was the last time Sharon was in anything that did any business or had any critical success? Twenty years ago?
