What is amazing to me is not ONE person on any of these sites really know anything about Kate or Jon yet everyone comments what Kate and Jon are doing i.e. support payments, custody, which one takes the kids somewhere etc.

Not sure if it is the same in PA, but here in IL the woman has to show no account of how child support money is spent. Kate very well could spend it all on herself. Won't that piss them off!

I have my child support directly deposited into my savings, and my house payment directly debited from my savings, so I can account for every penny. It all goes to put a roof over my children's heads and keep them in a good school district.

It's not smart to leave out accounting for expenditures...in the event either parent needs to change the amount of support in court. Proof is just sound judgment!

It would, but Kate wouldn't do that...her kids come first! I don't think anywhere you have to account for how that money is spent.
