While she may be the next Bride of Wildenstein at the rate she is going, Heidi Montag wasn’t always a plastic surgery princess. RadarOnline.com takes a look at her transformation from a girl-next-door from Colorado to a Los Angeles plastic pin-up.

In 2006, when Montag first burst onto the scene as Lauren Conrad’s roommate and sidekick on The Hills, she was a fresh-faced college dropout looking to make her name as an event planner.

A year later, as she focused on her music career and fashion line, Montag had a breast augmentation and nose job. In an interview for her September 2009 Playboy pictorial, Montag hinted at her thirst to go under the knife again. "I plan to get a few more upgrades ... I’m sure as I get older I’ll need some touch-ups," she said at the time.

On November 20, she did just that, undergoing ten procedures in just one day. She had a mini brow lift, Botox in her brow and frownline area, a nose job revision, fat injections in cheeks, nasolabial folds and lips, chin reduction, neck liposuction, a breast augmentation revision, liposuction on her waist, hips and inner and outer thighs, and a buttock augmentation.

She looks like a Stepford Wife. It's sad that her hubby is turning her into a porn star. Who exactly is she trying to look like? She had a fresh, girl next door look before. It's really sad. You can't undo the damage. She's a blow up doll.

at least spencer hast tricked her into becoming pregnant like he said he was. Maybe this was her way to get the publicity he needed without ruining her waist

Where are your expressions anymore? Couldn't tell if you are happy or sad. All I can think is don't have that baby you claim to want so much as thier are real physical ramifications. i feel really sorry for her if you ever have a daughter

Actually, after looking at the before and after photos again, I just realized that she looks like her own mother.

At best, she might get herself a gig as one of Hugh Hefner's girlfriends. That's exactly what she looks like now - not good for a singer.

She looks like a porn star now. And all of this for her musical "career." She should have spent the money on a voice coach and lessons on performing. And I definitely think that making herself look 10 years older will kill any musical "career."
