Josie Brooklyn Duggar has shown some real fighting spirit. Twenty-five days after she arrived three months premature, she was rushed back to the hospital for a perforated bowel. RadarOnline.com has the intimate photos of parents Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar at Josie's bedside while she recuperates.

In the photos, Jim Bob and Michelle keep a watchful eye on their 19th child who they hope will be discharged from the Arkansas Children's Hospital several weeks before the original March 18 date.

Josie looked peaceful as she rested, nestled in her colorful baby blanket surrounded by rubber duckies. The adorable baby also had a dainty pink bow on her head.

The new member of the Duggar household will make her television debut on January 31 on TLC on 19 Kids and Counting: Special Duggar Delivery. The next season of the family's reality show will make its debut in February.

Hopefully NO more babies for them. They're pushing their luck with all those kids. Michelle Duggar needs to stay healthy and take care of all the kids she has now. ENOUGH ALREADEY!!!

there are so many kids on the street older than their years...they are used up and burnt up and wild because they never had a loving family or were wanted..those are the kids don't have childhoods and that is sad..The Duggers are a loving unit.

I totally agree! Google the waiting children photos and see the hundreds of thousands of children available for adoption. Sad.

I would LOVE to see the Duggars adopt some children. I really, really hope they will consider that. They could definitely handle a "hard to place" child, I think.

It's medically insane too have your uterus cut open time and time again. No way should she carry a baby at this point..

Will never be a 'wake-up call', there is nothing to wake-up from. They believe they are called to bear children as long as Michelle can conceive. Even if a child dies/has severe disabilities. They could/will have several more.

Why is it that nearly everyone is cutting this family down? They are a loveing family and maybe we should all take some lessons from them. I wish them well and it is an enjoyment watching them instead of shows like J>S with so much violent.

I'm with you, Kansas kay! I think people are blown away with all the kids. But, somehow the Duggars make it work. Other people are concerned about older kids being forced to be a mom. But, all kids seems very happy and well adjusted.

Why is it the older girls don't have outside jobs like Michelle did at 17 when she met Jim Bob at 19? Could it be they are not encouraged to lead their own lives because they are busy raising their parents' kids and doing parents' reality show?
