Tila Tequila -- cradling a baby doll -- went shopping at Kitson Kids in Los Angeles on Thursday, just two days after RadarOnline.com brought you the exclusive images of a sonogram that, Tila says, proves she’s pregnant.

Tequila -- clad in a cinched purple skirt, silver-studded peep toe heels and showing off her new, Beyonce-esque blond mane -- was the picture of happiness as she walked through the store aisles, browsing at books, bottles and baby dolls.
Tequila via her Twitter page Friday addressed her fans curious to know the identity of the baby's father.

While Tila's getting attention for the new life she's bringing into the world, she made headlines earlier this month when her fiancée, Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson, was found dead at 30.
