Seems we will soon know the fate of the Tonight Show host Conan O'Brien.

As previously reported O'Brien is being bumped off of his current slot to make way for the return of the former Tonight Show host, Jay Leno.

NBC will be releasing a statement regarding Conan on Tuesday, putting an end to the speculation that has been rampant ever since the Leno announcement was made by the network.

O'Brien's settlement with NBC, tentatively in the works, is rumored to be more than $30 million, including severance packages for his staffers; it would enable the red-headed comedian to seek employment elsewhere as early as this fall.

I don't watch much of NBC lately, even the TODAY show is off here, at least for a while.
