Mischa Barton stepped out in Hollywood on Monday night -- without makeup and looking a bit tired.
The 23-year-old actress, last seen on Ashton Kutcher's short-lived CW show, The Beautiful Life, wore a long-sleeved gold shirt and black jeans, as she shopped late at night on Los Angeles' famed Sunset Boulevard.

Hopefully, 2010 will bring good things for Barton. In addition to her show getting the ax in 2009, she was checked into Cedars Sinai Medical Center under an involuntarily psychiatric hold last July 15 for medical issues. The O.C. star has a history of substance abuse, racking up a drunk driving arrest and rehab stint the past three years.

I never quite understood what the big hype was on this one. She is alright, but has gone downhill pretty quickly since her drugging it up.
