Monday, in a Los Angeles courtroom, the attorneys for the estate of Michael Jackson asked Judge Mitchell Beckloff to increase "the family allowance to the children."

The lawyers wouldn't reveal in open court what the money was for. Howard Weitzman told RadarOnline.com that the lawyers will be formally submitting the amount to the judge for consideration.

I think this is the only way they are going to be able to get money for Joe Jackson. What are they buying for these kids that they need an increase in money. I hope the Judge denies it.

No wonder MJ didn't talk to most of them! They're getting what MJ wanted for them and if they can't support them on that crazy monthly wage, then shame on them! They're pathetic!

The money is no doubt not for the children but for Joe probably. It's just a sham so that Joe can get some money from Michael's estate. Is there nothing that will get it through their heads that Michael didn't want his dad to get money?

Joe was left out of the will for a reason. Plus wasn't there something in the will if someone contested it they would get nothing? Anyhow, Joe shouldn't receive a red cent and I can't figure out why mama can't support the kids on 60K a month..

From that $60K a month, she is also supporting Jermaine Jackson and his family since they still live with her.

It was Michael's money and his beneficiary's mother and children should get what he wanted them too. They need to dispose of half of the fake creditors first. The family however, appears to be taking advantage.
