Lindsay Lohan Car In Collision With Photographer

Lindsay Lohan was planning for a quiet night out watching Adam Lambert perform in L.A. but few things go as planned when LiLo is involved.
The female friend who drove Linds home from the show is being investigated for striking a photographer as she pulled away from the valet.

The incident happened at 12:30 am Sunday outside The Hotel Cafe. Lohan was in the passenger seat with a friend behind the wheel, when Lindsay's BMW made contact with the photog's hand.

Lohan and her friend continued on their way. The photographer was treated by paramedics on the scene.
The LAPD confirms it is investigating the matter as a possible criminal assault with a deadly weapon.

Had the photographer been thinner he would not have been in the way. Not their fault he was standing by a parked car and in the way of traffic. He is lucky he did not turn into Road Kill. I saw TMZ's video, it was such a joke how he played it up.
