Lindsay Lohan and her little sister Ali are photographed crying and talking on their cell phones in St. Barths on Monday.

Could it be that they just heard the news that their friend, heiress Casey Johnson, had died? While we don’t know for sure, amid speculation that Johnson died of a drug overdose, Lindsay vented her thoughts on her Twitter page Monday night, writing: “Am so sick of those 3 letters, (RIP) so tired of losing friends to something as senseless as a drug overdose. WAKE UP people.”

Lindsay’s words were actually taken from her ex-girlfriend Samantha Ronson’s page. Ronson herself had been tweeting about Casey Johnson’s death.
