Kenny Chesney may spend much of the year with his feet in the sand at his home in the Virgin Islands but when business calls him to Nashville, the country superstar needs a place to hang his 10-gallon hat.
Renee Zellweger's ex just forked over $9.2 million for one of the most lavish estates near Music Row. It's over 11,000 sq. ft. with five bedrooms, seven baths, an infinity pool, and six-car air-conditioned garage. The brand new Tuscan-style house sits on 30 acres in the Nashville suburb of Franklin.

Glad to see he bought in TN. Maybe now some of these stars could help the poor in TN pay their electric bills so they can have heat in this terrible cold. I know many would if they just knew about this.
