Jersey Shore Kids Head East After LA Weekend

The Jersey Shore kids may be famous now, but they still have to sludge through security checkpoints just like the rest of us when they go to the airport.
The stars of MTV's breakout reality program were all smiles Saturday, as they left LAX for the five-hour flight back to the Garden State.

The kids took in all the best of LaLa land, and even got to take some stuff home after their trip to a Golden Globes gifting suite.
Despite criticism from Italian-American groups, the controversial MTV hit continues to surge in popularity, with plenty of dust-ups, hook-ups and break-ups fueling each episode.
New episodes of Jersey Shore air on MTV Thursdays at 10 pm EST /9c.
