Guilty! $189 Fine For Hair Tugging Tussle

$189. It’s the price of exacting apparent revenge on a Real Housewife of New Jersey!
Ashley Holmes, the 19-year-old daughter of The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Jacqueline Laurita, has been found guilty of assaulting co-star Danielle Staub.
A municipal court ordered Holmes to pay a minimal fine, stemming from a hair-pulling incident last November.
Judge Lawrence Katz said Holmes was guilty of one count of assault from the complaint by Staub.
Prosecutor Tom Melani said Holmes will have to pay a fine of $189, which includes the $33 court cost.

“I was glad the cameras didn’t show and the proceedings took place like any other proceedings in courts.” Melani said.

In December, Staub, 45, testified that a hair extension was ripped out by an angry Holmes during a fight at a benefit at the North Jersey Country Club.
Staub had also filed complaints against Laurita and costar Teresa Giudice, claiming they cursed and threatened her.

But she later dropped the complaints.

Saw the hair pulling incident last night! LMAO! I especially LOVED the part where as Ashley was walking away, she said, "Love and Light, B**CH!" I couldn't breathe, I was laughing so hard!

Danielle is psychotic, & is capable of ANYTHING! I can see it in her eyes. She's evil! I've known people like her, & they can flip a switch & go from zero to CRAZY in .2 seconds!

Good - I'm glad the judge isn't going for this above-the-law attitude that seems to be a big part of reality TV participants. They seems to think that they can get away with everything. Violence hurts everybody!

You coulda let the kid slide and shown compassion for the heat of the situation - the errs of youth -- you didnt get hurt - it woulda made many feel betta to see you forgive like you want forgiveness for yr sins - you're a scary scheming person.
