The folks back East watch before the folks out West. Everyone watches at 8:00pm. So, the show would start at 5:00pm Western time. By the time the West watches, it's been done and over with.

What a bunch of winners. I don't like any of them. Taylor Swift? What too much about her. As for knowing the winners, life is full of suspense on things that matter. This doesn't.
