The always controversial Tila Tequila isn't holding back when it comes to expressing her opinion about Heidi Montag and her recent plastic surgery.

In an exclusive video interview with RadarOnline.com, Tila slammed The Hills star and said: "She's gone overboard... Her whole relationship is fake, her whole show is fake, her whole marriage is fake, everything about her is fake.

"So now it just makes sense that her whole face is fake."

Tila admits to her own plastic surgery, breast augmentation, but believes Heidi, 23, has gone too far.

"She's sending out a really, really, really, really, really, really, really bad message to other young girls out there who might look up to her," Tila told RadarOnline.com. "It's telling these girls, 'Don't feel good about yourself, get as much plastic surgery as you can.'"

As she looked through before and after photos of Heidi, Tila was visibly shocked. "I think she looks a lot older," Tila said of Heidi's post-surgery appearance. "She literally looks 10 years older.

"I think how she looked, the way she was intended to look, the way she was born, I thought she looked like such a sweetheart, the girl next door. I don't even know why she decided to do all this crap to her face."

Heidi underwent 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day, touching off public debate and controversy. The procedures included a mini brow lift, Botox in her brow and frown line, a nose job revision, fat injections in her cheeks, a chin reduction, neck liposuction, breast augmentation, liposuction on her waist, hips and inner and outer thighs and a buttock augmentation.

She was so mean on her twitter going off on Kelly Osbourne the one night on a huge long rant of filth and venom, she lies to what few fans she has to, read her tweets, Tila is the fake one and something is seriously wrong with her mentally.

I guess Tila did not like being reminded of a photo of Tila posting nude with a tampon string and Kelly's cute little funny tweet set off Tila. She has anger issues and low self esteem to want validation like this, she craves even the negative.
