EXCLUSIVE: Jon Gosselin Pursuing Charges Against Hailey Glassman

There's no truce and no deal between Jon Gosselin and his ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman.

Despite plans for the warring parties to sit down and settle their differences, RadarOnline.com has now exclusively learned that Jon has changed his mind and wants to prosecute Hailey for trashing his Manhattan apartment and destroying his property.

Both sides said last week they were going to meet and try to resolve their differences. But Jon has decided he does not want to let Hailey off the hook, RadarOnline.com is reporting exclusively.

He says she ransacked his apartment, removed items and left a note speared to his dresser with a knife. She says he pushed her against a wall.

New York police are still investigating the situation. And while Hailey's reps told RadarOnline.com last week that they were scheduling a meeting with Jon and his people -- a scheduled meeting confirmed by Jon's reps -- now RadarOnline.com has confirmed the truce is off.

Hailey's lawyer confirmed the new development to RadarOnline.com.

"They never called, so we are moving forward," Hailey's Attorney Stephanie told RadarOnline.com exclusively.

RadarOnline.com has learned that Jon's attorney Mark Heller was with investigators Friday as they inspected Jon's apartment.

RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained a photograph of Jon Gosselin's ransacked apartment bedroom. The photo shows a large Japanese chef's knife speared through a note and stuck into the top of his dresser.
