Paris Hilton is speaking out about the death of Johnson & Johnson heiress Casey Johnson. Paris tells RadarOnline.com exclusively, "I'm devastated to hear this horrible news. I've known Casey my whole life, she was a great friend. My heart hurts, I feel so sad. My thoughts go out to her family and loved ones."

Paris and her sister Nicky grew up with Casey and Rick and Kathy Hilton have been long time friends with Casey's parents.

Casey was found dead in her home in Los Angeles today. The cause of death has not been announced. Casey was 30 years old.

There is no doubt that it is a shock to paris and others who know the family well. And all of us can sympathize with the pain of her parents. It is very sad.

Paris seems more bothered by her death then Tila does, and she was Tila's lover/finance. Says a lot doesn't it! Paris at least sent out sympathy to her family, Tila had to talk about herself and how she'd not be tweeting b/c she'd be with family.
