DOCUMENT: Judge Approves Request To Delay Charlie Sheen Court Date Again

RadarOnline.com has learned that a Colorado judge has approved a request to move Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller's Friday, January 22, court date to February 8- the second delay due to Mueller's current health problems.
"The Court finds Ms. Sheen's medical situation demonstrates good cause to vacate and reschedule the hearing," the order read.

"The motion regarding the protective order will be heard at Defendant's next scheduled appearance." Mueller has been in the hospital recovering in the ICU. As of an emergency order on Wednesday, Sheen is allowed to see her and communicate with her- but only while she is hospitalized.

Ahhhh... that's not nice. A hospital, and ALL THE STAFF, are not going along with nonsense like that. If she's in ICU, which I don't think Radaronline would report if it weren't true, then she's REALLY ill.
